This is the third book in the Century Quartet by Pierdomenico Baccalario. The four children in the book have been chosen to discover a great secret. Every hundred years, this secret is passed on to four new keepers of the secret. In this book, they travel to Paris to discover the secret there.
The book is really interesting and engaging. This third book brings back characters from the first two books and brings in new ones. One thing I really like about this book is it has some surprising twists. I always like it when books aren't super predictable.
One thing about the book that is unique, is it's written entirely in present tense, which I still haven't decided if I like or not.
